News Years #21days challenges

By Jed Langdon

As 2011 draws near, hoards and hoards of people across the globe will be looking to reform old habits and make positive change to their lives in the form of New Years resolutions. Whether the change is to give up smoking, do more exercise, focus more on family and friends rather than work, or travel by car less, everyone individually makes a commitment to make a positive change to their lives. Yet, according to Wikipedia, only 12% of people actually achieve their goals.

Fortunately this New Years we can all take part in the #21days challenge to improve our odds of achieving our habit. The following quote is taken from Mr #21days himself, Robert Pickstone:

“If you have struggled to change something, Jack Russell (author of Don’t Tell The Bumble Bee) suggests that it takes 21 days to change a positive or negative habit, so you need carry out the required activity for 21 days solid to really give yourself a real chance of change in the long term.”

The #21days challenge gives everyone the perfect platform to help them achieve their goals and permanently change their habits. By sharing your challenge with fellow #21day'ers, you will have that extra incentive and support to achieve change and once the 21 days are up you will have a tremendous chance of achieving your New Years resolution goals.
